Our first step is to have a super quick clarity call to say hello and get an idea if it's worth talking more about your project. After all, we might be the completely wrong fit. Or you might just hate our faces! Either way, we find it helps to check whether our vibes mesh or not before investing more time.
If we like each other, we then do a strategy call to learn more about the problem you're facing, make some recommendations on how we can solve that problem, and even give you an idea of what it would cost to have us solve that problem. If that all makes sense, we'll then send you a proposal (with a fixed price) to get us involved.

For hourly support our rate is $140 per hour and we bill in 1/4 hour increments, with a minimum 1/2 hour per item and we invoice at the end of each month. In order to be eligible for our hourly support we require your website is in tip top shape by being on a WordPress care plan. For full projects we provide fixed quotes for a fixed scope.
