Duke's Plumbing, a well-known business in Kitsap County, Washington, has been serving the community for over seven years. Originally specializing in new construction plumbing, the company, led by Kyle Duke, is now shifting its focus to service plumbing for local homeowners. Although the business has a strong reputation for high-quality work, Duke's Plumbing lacked a website to match its growing brand.
Previously, Thrive collaborated with Duke’s Plumbing to create a powerful brand identity, complete with fun custom illustrations and a mascot—Duke, the dog. This playful yet professional branding helped Duke’s stand out in a crowded market. However, despite the success of the branding project, Duke’s Plumbing still lacked a digital platform that could bring this identity to life online.
Without a website, the business struggled to engage potential clients and showcase its services effectively. This limited its ability to expand and left a gap in its growth strategy, which includes the potential for national domination or a future sale of the business.
