Thrive's team are all fully remote, working from home offices. We've focused on finding the right people vs people in a specific location, so we've ended up with a team spread across the good old US of A (Seattle, California, Florida), and down under in Australia!
Our Standard Website Package is delivered in 4-6 weeks.
Our Premium Services are delivered between 12 and 20 weeks based on the services that are selected, the specific details of your project, and your availability for review/approvals.

For hourly WordPress support our rate is $165 per hour and we bill in 1/4 hour increments, with a minimum 1/2 hour per item and we invoice at the end of each month. In order to be eligible for our hourly support we require your website is in tip top shape by being on a WordPress care plan. For full projects we provide fixed quotes for a fixed scope.
For our Premium Services, a solid discovery process will minimize any changes to scope but priorities can shift during the middle of a project. Any new functionality, design, and content not outlined in the initial agreement will usually require changes to the budget and timeline. Don't worry, we'll agree on any changes to the budget and timeline before the additional work commences.
