The Problem

American College Strategies takes the stress out of the college admissions process. They use one on one meetings to coach, guide, and support the students and parents of students in the college admissions process.

Kate and Lyndsay are a powerhouse team that gives valuable insights and action steps into every stage of the process. They provide several coaching packages starting with middle school students all the way up to procrastinating high school seniors. What gets Kate and Lyndsay out of bed every morning is the look of the faces on the students (and parents) when they are accepted into a college they never thought was possible. Near and dear to their hearts are providing service to underprivileged students.

The Solution

We carried out a facelift to ACS’s branding to make it more modern and appealing to their ideal target market.

We then jumped in and custom-designed a WordPress website that was easy to use and acted as a strong sales funnel getting College applicants to use ACS’s services through a variety of different offerings.

We developed a lead magnet with a follow-up email sequence in ACS’s mailing system of choice.

The Results

After the launch of the new website, 10+ leads are being generated every month on autopilot. Lead magnet signups have increased by 36% and has been downloaded over 400 times per month.

ACS staff are also saving money and time by being able to easily manage their website via the admin backend.
